Game Rules

These Rules describe expected conduct in the game, chat, mail and on the official website. They form part of the Terms of Service. Breaking the Rules or the Terms can lead to restriction or deletion of the account without refund of costs (if any) and without prior notice when the breach is serious.

Accounts

1. You may not register or use more than one account, including to farm resources or to help other players.
2. Do not give your login, password or contact details to other players, whether for free, for in-game value or for real money.
3. Do not share one account between two or more people.
4. Do not hide or fake personal information required to create or recover the account.
5. Do not impersonate support staff or the administration, past or present.
6. Do not collect other players’ personal data, or publish or sell it.
7. Do not buy, sell, give away or incite the transfer of accounts outside official tools.
8. Do not buy or sell in-game items or services for real money outside official payments in the Service.

Names and communication

9. No profanity in names, titles, clan/alliance names, chat, mail or the site.
10. Do not insult players or staff, including on third-party sites and in the press, in connection with the game.
11. Do not use slurs or language that attacks religion, politics, race, nationality, sex or similar traits. Do not promote violence or discrimination.
12. Do not post erotic or pornographic material, or promote alcohol, tobacco or drugs through the game, site or their parts.
13. Do not use a nonsense string, a website, contact details, or a name that mimics the administration as a character name. Do not take unique names of story characters, weapons or other named objects from the game.
14. No spam, ads for third-party products or sites, or agitation in chat, mail (including private channels) or on the site.
15. Do not flood with identical or meaningless messages.
16. Do not threaten players with real-world harm.

Play and the site

17. Follow instructions from administration representatives in the game and on the site when those instructions do not contradict the Terms or these Rules.
18. Do not run contests, surveys or studies on the site, forums or in chat without our agreement.
19. Do not post material that infringes copyright or related rights.
20. Do not form or join in-game groups whose internal rules break the law of your country.
21. Do not commit, or incite, acts that break the law or local public-order rules where you live.
22. Report software bugs to the administration. Do not use them for advantage or announce them publicly in a way that helps others abuse them.
