Medium thermonuclear reactor

The reactor produces an amount of energy comparable to two Small thermonuclear reactors: in essence it is two small units in one housing. Combining them increased the rate of power buildup at the same specific fuel consumption. During active power buildup the first unit acts as a thermonuclear booster of energy and matter for the second; in the second, fusion already proceeds between the products of the first. Fuel is loaded once at manufacture; afterward the reactor can operate for several thousand years.
