Nano protective coating
The coating is a continuous sheet of thin but strong material. Its main components are carbon clusters and monomolecular chains. Atomic alloying of the material creates artificial stress centers, making the material very elastic. The coating is highly resistant to hard radiation, withstands aggressive environments well, and can endure severe temperature overloads. Its tensile strength has still not been fully determined, because the coating is stronger than any metal part that inevitably had to be used in the tests.
The coating has very low transverse resistance, so it can be cut to any pattern. No external reagents are needed for bonding, because the cut edges regenerate and fuse on their own.
