Used to manufacture complex devices from parts produced at the Factory. Production requires parts and a model of the device being made. Models are purchased or copied in the Laboratory. Each device requires production time. Requires a Factory to build.
With each upgrade level the number of device production cycles increases. Initial level: 1 cycle; maximum level: 10 cycles. Continuous production requires autonomous robots and an Earth Confederation license.
