An online strategy in your browser
At the end of the 21st century, humanity has exhausted every path of growth on its own planet and launched a vast project: sending colony ships to settle nearby space.
Noon of the 21st Century is a deep online strategy. Many decisions are hard; you need to think and calculate before you act. If casual games feel like an insult, this one is for you. Fast progress comes only from a thoughtful approach. To mine well, you must decide which planetary layer matters at that location. When you form a fleet, you account for each ship’s strengths and combine them. If you consider yourself a strategist, you can tell which ships will enter battle and when. Use reconnaissance so you can prepare an attack and keep your losses down.
The commodity and resource exchange lets you profit from mining and from raiding other colonies. If someone else’s planet really appeals to you, you can haul the whole world into your own system.
Browser games have become hugely popular. Noon of the 21st Century is a galactic space strategy in which players choose a way of life and develop their own colony. Everything is connected: construction lets you assemble ships faster, research unlocks better weapons, and a strong fleet pays for itself by capturing enemy vessels and exploring interstellar space.
To keep the game from going stale, we update it regularly. New ship types, unusual space events, and visual improvements appear over time.
Joining is simple: open your browser and register. Before long you wake at the end of the 21st century in command of a promising colony. The long flight in anabiosis has taken most of what you learned in Earth’s academies — but as you grow, memory returns.
Colony building, alien artifacts, pirate raids, technology, and encounters with strangers: Noon of the 21st Century is a space strategy with all of that, in the browser, with no download.
